Justice Malcolm McLeod

Malcolm McLeod was in private practice in Sault Ste. Marie, from 1982 to 2005 primarily in the areas of criminal, civil, and municipal litigation.  He was appointed to the Ontario Court of Justice in January 2006, and presided in the criminal and family courts in Sudbury from 2006 to 2012.  In September 2012, he was re-assigned to the criminal court at Old City Hall Courthouse in Toronto, where he presided until June 2023; and then to the New Toronto Courthouse until September 29, 2023.
