Overview
While we do not issue refunds for conference registration, substitutions are permitted. If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you will be permitted to transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Simply e-mail a copy of your registration confirmation to
sudburycolloquium@gmail.com with a cover letter stating your request. The Board reserves the discretion to consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances.
