"Speed Mentoring" format where each young lawyer visits tables to meet and ask questions of various mentors.
Attendees are placed into small groups and assigned to a table of mentors (usually 2 mentors per table) for a 15 minute discussion. At the conclusion of the 15 minutes, the groups circulate to a different pair of mentors and have a further 15 minute discussion. This process continues until the time has run out for the session.
Mentors and mentees are encouraged to bring business cards and exchange them for further discussion, if they so choose.
