Xenia has been Crown counsel with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada for 20 years. She has prosecuted trials and appeals covering a wide variety of offences including national security, drugs, fraud, tax evasion, and proceeds of crime. Most of Xenia’s litigation includes Charter challenges. Xenia is involved in mentoring and providing training and development to counsel and various police and investigative agencies.
