Ron is a litigation partner at Fogler Rubinoff LLP. He has specialized in legal writing for more than 30 years. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1984, having graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa’s Common Law en français program. He also earned a Ph.D. in French Linguistics from the University of Toronto, where he taught as an Assistant Professor for five years. Rob was also instructor for ten years in the Bar Admission Legal Writing and Drafting and Professional Responsibility courses. Ron has authored or co-authored dozens of articles, and co-edited several books. He is a former roster member of the Law Society’s Practice Review Program.
