Peter Feifel

Mr. Feifel graduated from Law School at the University of Ottawa in 1981. He then articled with Henry M Lang Q. C. in Sault Ste Marie before being admitted to the Bar in 1983. Mr. Feifel is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) and was awarded the Distinguished Service Award in 2014 for helping other lawyers on the OTLA chat line with issues surrounding the Plaintiff practice in motor vehicle accidents.

Mr. Feifel practices exclusively for plaintiffs in motor vehicle/personal injury litigation in the District of Algoma. He has represented thousands of injured persons and conducted numerous claims involving fatalities, brain injured claimants, paraplegics, and other catastrophic ailments. He has dealt with both tort and accident benefits, and has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal under all regimes of automobile litigation since tort, OMPP, Bill 164 and successive automobile legislations.  In addition, Mr. Feifel has conducted hundreds of voluntary personal injury mediations.
